Order Processing Time
Our current processing time is 1–2 weeks. During high-volume periods or peak seasons, processing may take a little longer. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Domestic (Portugal): 2–5 business days
- Europe: 1–2 weeks
- International: 2-3 weeks

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on domestic orders (Portugal) over €100.
International orders do not qualify for free shipping at this time.
Shipment Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
International Shipping & Customs
For EU customers, VAT is already included at checkout, so no additional fees will be charged upon delivery.
For customers outside the EU, please note that your order may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties charged by your local customs office upon arrival. These costs are the customer’s responsibility, so we recommend checking your country’s regulations before ordering to avoid surprise costs.
