Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Custom orders and gift cards are not eligible for return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Non custom-tailored
- In the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at lanaroyals.petwear@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Once your return is approved, we’ll send instructions. The return address is the same as shown on your package.
Please don’t send items back without contacting us first — they won’t be accepted. Returns must be shipped within 30 days of delivery.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away with photos or video so we can evaluate the issue and take care of it.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If you need a different item, place a new order and request a return for the original (if eligible).
